I will be the first one to admit that I'm not the biggest U2 fan, but there are some songs in their catalog that I just simply love. Others, not so much. What about you - what's your favorite U2 song?

Lately, my husband and I have been watching VH1's take on the 100 Greatest Songs of the 1990's and enjoying reminiscing and being reminded of songs that we had forgotten (or just hadn't heard in a long time!)
And, of course, that got me thinking: Has VH1 put together a top 100 list for the 1980's? They certainly had and I've spent today perusing it and constantly going, "I forgot about that one!"
So, do you agree with the choices for the 100 Greatest Songs of the 1980's?

A lot of people might not remember the band Roxette, but they had a string of hits in the early 90's and I'm positive that you'll remember a few! One of their songs was featured in the movie Pretty Woman, but they had a number of great songs under their belts. I love them!

And speaking of Annie Lennox (my previous post), I grew up loving the Eurythmics. I often couldn't spell it, but I love them!
Unfortunately, I couldn't find videos that I could actually embed (let me know if you can!), but here are two of my favorites:

One of my ex-boyfriends was utterly in love with Guns N' Roses and the song November Rain. At the time, I didn't understand his obsession, but as the years have past, I've realized that perhaps he did have some good taste! (In something other than girlfriends.

What happens when you're home sick and you don't know what to do with yourself? Well, if you're me, you end up organizing your online music and wondering when you managed to get so many freaking songs!
Anyway, I'm an 80's music maniac and over the years, I feel that I've managed to accumulate a pretty hefty collection of one hit wonders, classic hits, and some odd little songs that only a handful of you might remember.
